3200L METAL, SIDE - LOAD CONTAINER

Duo combines the sturdiness of a metal container with the sophistication of a plastic one. The metallic elements (the tank and the structural parts) match perfectly with the lids and the sides, which are made of plastic.

Duo is based on "Metal", a renowned and highly durable container. Its revisited design, with soft volumes, rounded lines and plastic lids, achieve a modern, sophisticated and distinguishing aesthetic.

 

MORE DURABLE, FIREPROOF AND RUSTPROOF

Its body and other metallic structural elements make the Duo container almost indestructible. The estimated useful life of a plastic container is 7 years, but metal containers have an estimate useful life of 13 years due to the quality of its construction.

Due to its structure, Duo container can be recovered after a fire, reducing the high annual replacement costs.

Completely hot-dip galvanized. The rest of parts are made of stainless steel, aluminium or plastic.

Duo is mainly made up of a metallic tank and plastic lids. All the parts have been designed in a consistent way, following a global style, so a great integration degree among all of the parts is achieved.

  • The baked polyester paint slows the aging of Duo, ensuring its finish and optimizing the adherence of paint to metal (without flaking). The expected integrity of paint is over 10 years under normal conditions of exposure and use.
  • Its renewed design, adapted to modern times, combine the sturdiness of the metal body with the friendly appearance of the plastic lids.
    The incorporation of plastic lids and other functional elements in plastic with a perfectly matte finish provide Duo with a touch of sophistication.
  • It is possible to minimize to the maximum the noises, by the system of buffer of the lids and installing rubber bumpers on the lid and pedals.
  • All of the plastic and metal materials used are 100% recyclable and can be turned into raw materials again. This is why a part of its economic value can be recovered by selling them.
